TYPES OF PRINTING INKS
Our innovative machines allow printing with any type of ink: ceramic for artistic glass and automotive glass. In the automotive sector, the most used are IR, UV, and washable water-based inks.
Since different types of ink can be used in the automotive sector—IR, UV, and washable—the machine is modular to adapt to them.
For example, IR ink needs to be heated before and after printing, while for UV ink this is not necessary.
The machine is always equipped with a vision system before the print head that allows the image to be printed to be adapted based on the orientation of the individual piece in transit.
Downstream of the print head, as an additional module upon request of the end customer, it is possible to install an additional vision system for quality control of the print itself with associated waste management.
